After you request an appointment, our team will contact you to confirm. Please note that, depending on your insurance or clinician availability, you may be scheduled with a different provider than the one you selected. Rest assured, all of our providers are highly qualified and dedicated to your care.

Patients may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please either use the patient portal or contact us at 609-934-4242.

Cancelling within 24 hours of appointment will incur a charge of $50.

As Clarity Behavioral Health is tailored to long-term mental healthcare, we will not be able to draft a letter for you providing expert opinion based on an examination of their mental health until you have attended at least eight sessions with our clinician(s). We are also not able to provide letters pertaining to situations that occur outside of our clinic. Within the first eight sessions, you are still able to request your PHI in all forms listed above including Treatment Verification letters and documentation requests (i.e. notes and treatment plans).

Letter requests need at least 3 business day advanced notice.
